Currently the only way to put additional apps on your iPod Touch is to jailbreak it. I've read good things about ziphone, but I haven't used it. There is also a new tool called Pwnage which installs hacked firmware on your iPod, but it's quite a recent development. As far as I know, if anything goes wrong, you can just restore your iPod in iTunes.<br> <br> Come June, the new firmware will be out (version 2.0) with new features including the ability to install apps built in.
